WARRANTY POLICY
  • We offer at least a 1-year warranty on all our 3d scanners from the date of delivery, which cover parts and labor. The warranty does not cover any faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
  • Go3DPro's Support Team will be in contact to assist you in the best possible way. If your scanner needs to be repaired, we will discuss the most convenient process for you to return it to us; our team will also issue a Return Authorization number. We will take no return without a prior issued RMA NUMBER. ANY ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL NOT BE REFUND.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

However, if you feel as though 3d scanner is not right for you, you are free to return it within 30 days from the day after the delivery date.

  • To return the 3d scanner under this policy, equipment may have been used but must be still be in perfect condition and not show any signs of wear. All accessories need to be in the box and in perfect condition as well, charges may apply to all returns depending on the condition. The equipment must be returned in original packaging or properly packaged.
  • You must contact us at support@go3dpro.com before returning your equipment to obtain a Return Material Authorization number, we will not accept a return without a prior issued RMA NUMBER. Refund of the purchase price of the product will be made to the card that you used to make the original payment.
